No parts can be returned after 30 days from purchase. Shipping expenses cannot be reimbursed. A re-stocking fee of 15% may be applied. No returns will be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization (RGA#) number obtained from seller. No returned parts will be accepted freight collect. Purchaser assumes responsibility for value of parts to our door. No parts will be accepted after they have been mounted or installed. No returns on custom parts.
Shipping
Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 1:00PM (Mountain Standard Time) will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 1:00 PM will ship the next business day. Certain items may not be in stock the day you order them, but usually these items can be manufactured in 2-3 days after an order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Our shipping charges are based on standard UPS or U.S. Mail rates (where applicable), which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. All orders that include an email address will have a tracking number sent to them automatically when the order ships.
Items That Are Out Of Stock
You will be contacted via email if you ordered an out of stock item. At this point you can either choose to substitute for another item in stock, remove it from your order, cancel your order or place your order temporarily on hold until your item is in stock again. Due to availability and vendor issues, we can only provide an estimate as to when an out of stock item will be in stock again.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We ship all packages either by UPS or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Once a package is scanned as delivered, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would prefer a signature confirmation, please request one at time of order placement. No refunds will be issued from The Frame Works for packages scanned as delivered to the correct address.
Damaged Goods
Indicate DAMAGED when you sign for the goods. Keep the shipping carton. Hold the goods. Notify us for further instructions.
Installation
Since we the manufacturer have no control over how a part we sell is used, it will be up to the purchaser to make sure that the correct part is chosen for the job and correct installation is applied. Purchaser assumes all responsibility. THE FRAME WORKS LLC ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILTY FOR DAMAGE OR INJURIES, WHICH MAY RESULT FROM THE USE OR INSTALLATION OF ITS PRODUCTS!
